Who are we
The Juvenile Diabetes Organization of NEPA was formed in 1999. The organization consists of volunteers who provide support for individuals and their families whose children are diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes. The group raises funds to contribute to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation for established research projects that are seeking a cure for Juvenile Diabetes. (JDRF) They provide Financial Aid for children to attend diabetes camps. (Financial aid is based on family needs).

Mission Statement
The Juvenile Diabetes Organization of NEPA is referred to as JDONEPA. The purpose of JDONEPA is to : Raise monies to work toward eradicating diabetes. Stimulate and promote the personal and professional development of JDONEPA. Provide support services and activities for Individuals with diabetes.
